Circumstances of Disappearance
On July 2, 1996, 16 year old Angela Stevens was reported missing and was last seen by a CHINS-UP staff member when Angela ran from the facility. She was last seen wearing a fuchsia hat and shirt, black shorts, and black sandals. She has not been seen since.
